Sport Activities
At Canon Johnson we believe that every child should live a healthy and active life. We work with sports coaches and have links to local sports clubs to ensure that our children are exposed to, and experience lots of different sports and physical activity.
We were awarded a silver school games mark for our commitment to school sport and extra curricular activities last academic year.
Children at Canon Johnson are provided opportunities to experience lots of different sports through our curriculum and our extra curricular clubs. Please see below for our club offer for the spring term.
Football club with Mr Edwards; Tuesday 3.15-4.15 years 5&6
Dodgeball club with Ed Start; Tuesday 3.15-4.15 years 1&2
Football club with Ed Start; Thursday 3.15-4.15 years 3&4
Gymnastics club with Ed Start; Friday 3.15-4.15 years 5&6
Children that attend an after school must commit to attending for the half term. All clubs are £2 per session and are payable for the half term via Arbor.
